Have tried it for help with STP in our complex.They do have the top vendors listed and have set high standards for quick response time from the vendors.
Will recommend it for other associations.

Some way to provide quality services will definitely improve the business. My bad luck my idea is stolen. But it is good to see somebody implemented and marketing it.

This is definitely not a unique idea. There is atleast one more portal that I am aware of – apnacomplex (link to their suppliers screen: http://www.apnacomplex.com/suppliers/search) offering the same and you need not even be thier customer to get request for quotations from various suppliers like facility management, security service, housekeeping, STP – they have a huge list of categories and they seem to have vendors across multiple cities as well. Looks like apartment associations are spoilt for choice now.
I also think commonfloor (commonfloor.com) has been offering something similar since quite sometime, but not sure.
