It seems to be a new home page season and many popular internet companies flaunt their new hompage, today twitter adopted this change.
- New Homepage is simple, clean UI, cluttered free compared to earlier design.
- With this new design they are trying to follow Google mantra of getting more users through search.
- Making it convenient for new users to search for relative information and increase their engagement.

homepage Yahoo
It was Rediff and now Yahoo goes for a new homepage. Yahoo has launched their new page on yahoo.com, overall a good change letting me define what i want on yahoo page even a google search if i wish! May be people do not want more than a search on the homepage, but yes there are players like CNN, MSN etc who gives more “all what i want” experience on their homepage. Yahoo has done that well from years. This new designs expands and gives a cool way to also let me put what i want on it.
